Class Description: Most adults can share a story about how an inspiring leader in their life made a difference for them. Unfortunately, they may also be able to share a story about a disaster caused by poor leadership. Most would agree that great leadership is essential for any organization. But what makes a great leader? How does one become a great leader? These questions will be answered in this class as we explore leadership from a Biblical perspective. The class discussions will be based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership from The Leadership Challenge, by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. This class is for anyone in a leadership role or anyone who wants to be the leader God created them to be.
