Join our host and NLC global worker, Dr. Brenda Stratton, and guest speaker, Regent University professor of missions, Dr. Alex Mekonnen, for a morning of worship, inspiration, and equipping as we explore the unique contributions of Africans and African Americans in God’s global mission. Dr. Mekonnen, originally from Ethiopia, has served the Gospel of Christ for forty years. He is the author three books. Be challenged and encouraged in God’s unique call to the nations upon your life! Refreshments will be served.

Join all of our global workers from around the world for a dynamic evening of gourmet food, worship, arts, testimony, and inspiration. Our guest speaker, Emily Foreman, author of the book We Died Before We Came Here will challenge us to give our all to take the extravagant love of God to the darkest places of the world, no matter the cost. Hear her family’s personal story of service and martyrdom after years of service in North Africa. You don’t want to miss this! Business or international attire encouraged.

Concert of Prayer for the Nations

Join us for an evening of prophetic worship and intercession as we pray for our global workers on our giant world map. Connect one-on-one with our global workers at their exhibits immediately following our time of prayer.

 
 

“Short-Term Trip, Long-Term Impact” Training

Open to all! Join us for this fun, interactive, required day of equipping for all team members going on 2018 global expeditions who have not previously completed the training. Topics include:
• God’s Passionate Pursuit: The Biblical Basis for Missions
• Crossing Cultures 101: Serving Like Christ in Missions
• Friendraising: Building a Vital Prayer & Support Team
• Better Together: Keys to Effective Team Dynamics
• Know Before You Go: Street Smarts for Int’l Travel
