Norfolk’s Winter Shelter is a collaboration between local churches, synagogues, and community organizations in the downtown and Ghent neighborhoods of Norfolk, Virginia. It provides emergency overnight shelter for homeless men and women during the cold winter months, from December to March.

New Life Church | Ghent will host Winter Shelter from March 09 – March 16, 2025, from 6:30pm – 6:30am each day.
